A tragic accident occurred on February 9 in Tulare County, California, when 90-year-old Jack Terrell, a longtime volunteer with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 190 east of Success Valley Drive. One of them was his wife, 79-year-old Lucinda Terrell, who was severely injured in the same crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
