A tragic accident occurred on April 18 in East San Gabriel, California, when 90-year-old Qingyu Liu was struck by a vehicle in the 9000 block of Southview Road near Jackson Place. Authorities said the collision happened shortly after 1 p.m. Liu was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details have been released. The investigation is ongoing.
