86-Year-Old Susan Jung Killed in San Rafael, CA Accident

Struck in Marked Crosswalk

A tragic accident occurred on October 29 in San Rafael, California, when 86-year-old Susan Y. Jung was struck and killed while crossing Second Street in a marked crosswalk. Around 10:30 a.m., Jung was heading north at A Street when she was hit by a vehicle turning left. The driver remained at the scene. Police noted this was the second pedestrian fatality in the area since late September. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
