A tragic accident occurred on March 11 in Escondido, California, when 86-year-old William Roth was killed in a two-vehicle crash at South Iris Lane and West El Norte Parkway. He was seriously injured in the collision and transported to Palomar Medical Center, where he died four days later. Authorities continue investigating the cause of the crash.
