Arizona man dies two weeks after I-8 rear-end crash

A tragic accident occurred on April 24 in Pine Valley, California, when 86-year-old James Michel was seriously injured in a crash on Interstate 8 near Buckman Springs Road. Michel, a resident of Yuma, Arizona, was a passenger in a westbound vehicle that rear-ended a stopped car. He tragically passed away from his injuries two weeks later, just before 8 p.m. on Thursday.
