Tragic accident that occurred on November 29 in Moses Lake, Washington. 85-year-old Cynthia Jackson was involved in an accident when the Kia she was operating struck and killed a female pedestrian along State Route 17. The pedestrian, a woman whose identity was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene. WSP said charges are pending as they investigate the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
