According to Kent Police, a westbound vehicle carrying Terada collided with an eastbound vehicle at 116th Avenue SE. Terada died Tuesday after being hospitalized in Seattle. Another victim, 82-year-old Mitsuko Terada, also died from injuries sustained in the crash.
