Tragic accident that occurred on April 30th in Jasper, Missouri. 84-year-old Lawrence Thomas was badly injured in a chain-reaction collision involving four vehicles on Route HH. According to a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Kathi M. Lee was attempting to make a right turn in a 2020 Jeep Gladiator when a 2004 Dodge Ram driven by 20-year-old Elijah R. House hit the back of a 2012 Nissan Altima driven by 20-year-old Kyle L. Florer. The Altima then crossed the centerline and crashed into a westbound 2006 Honda Ridgeline driven by Thomas. Thomas’ vehicle then ran off the roadway and overturned. The Ram truck went on to strike the Jeep Gladiator, which crashed into a stop sign. Thomas, who suffered serious injuries in the collision, was taken to Freeman Hospital West.
