A tragic accident occurred on April 17 in Antioch, California, when 84-year-old Norma Balgos Villegas was struck by a vehicle at Country Hills Drive and Wolverine Way. Authorities said she was taken to a hospital in critical condition, where she later died. The driver remained at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
