A tragic accident occurred on April 15 in Bakersfield, California, when 83-year-old Moises Alvarez Robles was struck by a vehicle while riding a bicycle in the 300 block of Chester Avenue shortly after 1 p.m. He was taken to Kern Medical, where he died two days later from his injuries.
