82-Year-Old Veronica Sowter Killed in Saugus, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on October 13 in Saugus, California, when 82-year-old Veronica Sowter of Newhall was killed in a multi-vehicle crash. Around 12:49 p.m., her car, traveling eastbound, ran a red light at Soledad Canyon Road and Golden Oak Road, colliding with another vehicle. Two others, including a woman in her 60s, were injured. Sowter died at a hospital. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims’ families.
