81-Year-Old James Killough Killed in Taylor, TX Accident

Man dies in hit-and-run; suspect arrested and charged with murder

A tragic accident occurred on July 24 in Taylor, Texas, when 81-year-old James Killough was struck by a vehicle in the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center parking lot at about 10:15 a.m. Killough was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said Jesse Jackson, 43, allegedly fled after the accident. Jackson was later arrested and charged with murder. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
