80-Year-Old Roberto Alvarez Sr. Killed in Outer Mission, CA Accident

Hit-and-run crash on Mission Street

A tragic hit-and-run accident occurred on December 17 in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood. Roberto Alvarez Sr., 80-year-old, was struck by a vehicle while crossing Mission Street at Naglee Avenue around 6 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver fled and remains at large. Police continue investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
