A tragic accident occurred on March 21 in Dallas, Texas, when 79-year-old Richard Hood Dunham was killed after a detached wheel from another vehicle struck his car on Interstate 35E. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. Authorities continue investigating the equipment failure. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
