79-Year-Old Oscar Soto Killed in Orange, CA Accident

Struck by suspected drunk driver

A tragic accident occurred on September 21 in Orange, California, when 79-year-old Oscar Garcia Soto of Santa Ana was struck by a sedan near La Veta Avenue and Devon Road. Authorities said a 26-year-old suspected drunk driver hit Soto at high speed, causing fatal injuries. The driver was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
