A tragic accident occurred on November 16 in Galveston, Texas, when 77-year-old Fidel Estrada was struck by a truck while riding his bicycle on 53rd Street near Avenue R. The vehicle fled the scene after the collision. Estrada was rushed to a local hospital, where he sadly passed away from his injuries. Authorities believe the truck was a Ford carrying a ladder.
