76-Year-Old Manuel Oliva Contreras Killed in El Paso, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on June 18 in El Paso, Texas, when 76-year-old Manuel Oliva Contreras was involved in a hit-and-run collision on Loop 375 South at about 11:30 p.m. Authorities said a speeding vehicle struck the rear of his car before the driver fled the scene on foot.
