75-Year-Old Marcus Nelson Killed In Hopkins, MO Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 22 in Hopkins, Missouri. 75-year-old Marcus Nelson was tragically killed when his vehicle was rear-ended by a semi-truck on Missouri Route 148. Nelson was driving a Jeep Latitude that was struck from behind by a Peterbilt tractor-trailer. The force of the collision pushed the Jeep into the back of a Volkswagen Jetta. Nelson was taken to Mosaic Medical Center, where he died. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
