75-Year-Old Ascencion Hernandez Killed in Mission, TX Accident

Vehicle overturned on Bentsen Palm Rd

A tragic accident occurred on February 12 in Mission, Texas, when 75-year-old Ascencion Lopez Hernandez was killed after his Chevrolet Malibu veered off Bentsen Palm Road and rolled into a bar ditch around 6:16 a.m. Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger survived and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities continue to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
