75-Year-Old Thelma Moreno Killed in Pacoima, CA Accident

Hit-and-run crash reported on Van Nuys Boulevard

A tragic accident occurred on January 30 in Pacoima, California, when 75-year-old Thelma Moreno was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver near Van Nuys Boulevard and Glenoaks Avenue. Police said a black Dodge Durango hit Moreno while she was crossing the street and fled the scene. She was pronounced dead at the location. The investigation is ongoing.
