A tragic accident occurred on July 3 in South Los Angeles, California, when 75-year-old Gaston Moreau was struck and killed in a hit-and-run. The crash happened around 9 p.m. as Moreau was walking in a crosswalk at Vermont Avenue and 90th Street. The driver fled the scene. Anyone with information is urged to contact at (323) 421-2500.
