A tragic accident occurred on January 4 in Florence, California, when 75-year-old Estanislo Garcia was struck by a vehicle while walking westbound in a crosswalk on San Pedro Street near 83rd Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue investigating the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
