75-Year-Old Elizabeth Black Injured in Lake County, CA Accident

Woman seriously hurt in head-on Highway 29 crash

A serious accident occurred on July 29 in Lake County, California, when 75-year-old Elizabeth Black was injured in a head-on collision on Highway 29 near B Street, south of Lower Lake. Black, a passenger in a Dodge pickup truck, sustained major injuries and was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Two drivers were killed in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
