73-Year-Old Thomas Blakeney Killed in Brenham, Texas Accident

The crash remains under investigation

The tragic accident occurred on March 26, in Brenham, Texas on Wednesday morning, resulting in the death of 73-year-old Thomas Blakeney from New Caney. According to the Brenham Police Department (BPD), Blakeney was driving a motorcycle when he collided with a pickup truck at the intersection of West Blue Bell Road and State Highway 36 North in Washington County, shortly after 10:30 a.m. Tragically, Blakeney succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision. Authorities have yet to release details on what caused the crash. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
