73-Year-Old Rosa Hernandez Killed in Killeen, TX Accident

Passenger dies after wrong-way head-on crash on Stan Schlueter Loop

A tragic accident occurred on June 1 in Killeen, Texas, when 73-year-old Rosa Hernandez was involved in a head-on collision caused by a wrong-way driver on Stan Schlueter Loop. Authorities said a Toyota SUV crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Kia SUV carrying Hernandez. She was taken to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries. One of another victim, the Toyota driver, also died at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
