Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, September 11 at around 8 AM in Manhattan, New York. 73-year-old Iise Falcon was tragically killed when she was struck by an SUV backing out of a parking spot on W. 66th St. and Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side. The operator of the Hyundai was identified as only a 51-year-old man. The victim was rushed to Mount Sinai West where she tragically later died.
