A tragic accident occurred on February 19 in Spokane, Washington, when 73-year-old Gregory Rich was struck and killed by a vehicle at the intersection of Division Street and Cascade Way. The crash happened around 5:40 p.m. Emergency personnel attempted life-saving measures, but Rich died at the scene from blunt-force injuries, according to the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
