73-Year-Old Diane Jones Killed In Birmingham, AL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 7th in Birmingham, Alabama. 73-year-old Diane Jones lost her life after her vehicle was struck by an Amtrak train at 15th Pearson SW and Pearson Avenue. Hampton passed away later at UAB Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
