73-Year-Old Charlotte Wells Killed in Cedar Falls, IA Accident

Struck by USPS delivery vehicle on Main Street

A tragic accident occurred on December 20 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, when 73-year-old Charlotte Wells was struck and fatally injured by a United States Postal Service delivery vehicle around 11:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Main Street. She later died at a hospital. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
