72-Year-Old Pamela Beran Killed in East Palo Alto, CA Accident

Collision on U.S. 101 Near University Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on August 10 near East Palo Alto, California, when 72-year-old Pamela Beran died in a multi-vehicle crash caused by a suspected drunk driver. Around 2 a.m., an Acura rear-ended a Toyota RAV4 on northbound U.S. 101, triggering a chain-reaction collision involving Beran’s Subaru and a BMW. Beran died at the scene, and two people were seriously injured. The Acura driver was arrested for DUI. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
