Pedestrian dies after being struck by Tesla sedan

A tragic accident occurred on July 14 in San Jose, California, when 72-year-old Fidel Guzman was struck by a 2018 Tesla sedan at about 8:56 p.m. east of Copperfield Drive near Capitol Expressway. Authorities said Guzman was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the pedestrian accident remain under investigation.
