A tragic accident occurred on July 7 in Live Oak County, Texas, when 71-year-old Reyes Moreno was struck by an SUV while walking in the inside lane of Interstate 37 South shortly after 5 a.m. The impact threw him into the median, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
