Tragic accident that occurred on February 12 in Robbins, Illinois. 71-year-old Donald Carter Sr. lost his life when his vehicle was struck by a stolen car that was speeding along South Claire Boulevard. As they followed the car, it crashed into a Ford Taurus. The Ford driver, Donald Carter Sr. was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to injuries. Charges are pending against the children. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
