70-Year-Old Bobbie Jenkins Killed In Columbia, SC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 27 at around 4 AM in Columbia, South Carolina. 70-year-old Bobbie Jenkins, and a 64-year-old man, were tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 26. Ms. Jenkins was in the median of the interstate after their car had become disabled and were walking across the westbound lanes when they were struck. Sadly, they were both pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
