70-Year-Old Amboise Blaise Involved in Lauderdale Lakes CA Accident

Pickup driver’s U-turn led to fatal collision

A tragic accident occurred on September 28 in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, when 70-year-old Amboise Blaise attempted a U-turn on West Oakland Park Boulevard. Authorities said his Toyota Tacoma entered the path of a westbound motorcycle near the 3500 block around 7:34 p.m. The motorcyclist braked but lost control and struck the pickup’s passenger side. Sadly, the rider died from injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
