A tragic accident occurred on June 14 in Tulare County, California, when 70-year-old Richard Musselman was killed in a head-on crash caused by a suspected drunk driver. Around 2:20 a.m., a Honda Civic crossed into oncoming traffic on Road 140, striking Musselman's Nissan Altima. Richard died at the scene; his wife Tess suffered major injuries and was hospitalized.
