A Dodge Ram pickup truck collided with a Ford Focus driven by Sheila at U.S. Highway 69 and Chance Cutoff. Tragically, Ingham was declared deceased at the site of the crash. Authorities say the 36-year-old man driving the pickup recorded a blood alcohol content four times the legal limit and was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
