69-Year-Old Primitivo Martinez Killed In Riverside, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on  Monday, October 11th at around 7:30 AM in Riverside, California.  69-year-old Primitivo Martinez was tragically killed when he was hit by a tow truck on Box Springs Road in Riverside County. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Primitivo Martinez was crossing Box Springs Road, east of Clark Street, while a tow truck turned left to head eastbound. The truck struck Martinez in the roadway. Martinez was taken to an area hospital where he tragically later died. Deputies reported that they did not believe intoxication played a role in the crash and said the driver's vision was "obstructed by sunlight,".
