69-Year-Old Linda Rud Killed In Rochester, MN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 24 in Rochester, Minnesota. 69-year-old Linda Rud was hit and killed by a City of Rochester snowplow operator in the 2800 block of Pinewood Road . He reportedly backed up and struck the victim who died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. The snowplow driver has been placed on standard paid administrative leave while the incident remains under investigation. Officials with the State Patrol crash reconstruction team were at the scene.
