Tragic accident that occurred on April 23rd in Carroll, Iowa. 69-year-old Dennis Hardy was injured in a collision when another driver failed to yield at the intersection of Velvet Avenue and 130th Street. According to a report by the Iowa State Patrol, 31-year-old Alexander Fister was driving a 2019 Dodge Ram truck northbound when he failed to yield at a posted sign and crashed into Hardys GMC Sierra, propelling it into a ditch. Both men were taken to Stewart Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
