69-Year-Old Charles Hall Killed in Midland, TX Accident

Struck at Business 20 and County Road 1247

A tragic accident occurred on October 16 in Midland, Texas, when 69-year-old Charles Hall of Austin was killed in a pedestrian crash. Around 1:30 a.m., a 30-year-old El Paso man driving a 2023 Ford Transit west on Business 20 struck Hall while merging right at County Road 1247. Hall died at the scene. The driver was uninjured. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
