A tragic accident occurred on March 28 in San Luis Obispo County, California, when 69-year-old Nancy Cunningham was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 101. Cunningham was struck after exiting a disabled vehicle. Five others were injured and taken to a hospital. Authorities continue investigating.
