Wife hospitalized after crash

A tragic accident occurred on November 23 in Stockton, California, when 68-year-old Rowena Noceti was seriously injured in a head-on crash on Highway 88 near Village Drive. One of them was her 70-year-old husband, Tony Noceti. Rowena was taken to San Joaquin General Hospital with critical injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
