67-Year-Old Robert Kramer Killed In Hartley, TX Accident

 Tragic accident that occurred on April 17th in Hartley, Texas. 67-year-old Robert Kramer lost his life when his vehicle was struck head-on along U.S. Highway 385. 29-year-old Kelly Williams was driving north and moved into the southbound lane to pass other vehicles. Her vehicle collided head-on with a southbound vehicle driven by Kramer. Kramer was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by Hartley County Justice of the Peace Beth Moore.
