Man dies after Dodge Caravan is struck and pushed into home

A tragic accident occurred on July 16 in Bridge City, Texas, when 67-year-old Gambino Carranza was inside a Dodge Caravan struck by a Ford pickup at about 5:30 a.m. near State Highways 87 and 62. The impact pushed the Dodge into a home. Carranza was transported to a hospital, where he later died. A woman in the residence was also injured. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
