Passenger dies after two-vehicle crash on Twentynine Palms Highway

A tragic accident occurred on April 24 in Morongo Valley, California, when 67-year-old Ivy Fitzgerald was killed in a two-vehicle collision on State Route 62 at Rose Eden Drive. Authorities said a vehicle attempting a U-turn was struck by another car. Fitzgerald, a passenger, later died at a hospital. Several others were injured. The investigation is ongoing.
