66-Year-Old Susan Harlan Killed In St. Paul, MN Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, January 28 at about 6 PM in St. Paul,  Minnesota at the intersection of East 7th and Eichenwald Streets. 66-year-old Susan Elizabeth Harlan was tragically killed by a gray utility van that had a ladder and wheelbarrow stored on top. The van fled the scene after striking the victim. Harlan was rushed to Regions Hospital, where she sadly passed away. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
