66-Year-Old Robbie Carter Killed in Elgin, TX Accident

Fiery crash claims life of McDade man

A tragic accident occurred on August 30 in Elgin, Texas, when 66-year-old Robbie Carter of McDade was killed in a multi-vehicle crash at U.S. Highway 290 and Saratoga Farms Boulevard. The fiery collision happened around 11:55 p.m., leaving Carter dead at the scene. A 13-year-old girl also lost her life, while four others sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals.
