Tow truck driver struck by SUV in suspected DUI crash on Interstate 20

A tragic accident occurred on March 18 in Dallas, Texas, when 66-year-old Guillermo Garcia was killed after being struck by an SUV while on the shoulder of Interstate 20. Garcia later died at a hospital. The driver, Amador Morazen Selvin Omar, was charged with intoxication manslaughter. The incident remains under investigation.
