A tragic accident occurred on September 21 in Alameda County, California, when 66-year-old Akram Ghazal of Tracy was killed in a suspected DUI crash. Around 4:45 a.m., Ghazal’s Tesla Model Y was rear-ended by a Honda Accord on Interstate 580 near Grant Line Road. The driver, a 21-year-old Stockton man, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
